In a nutshell

I am an expert for conscious and trust-based leadership who blends strategy, innovation, and human insight to create meaningful change. My journey spans political advising, strategy consulting, and innovation management, where I have navigated bold ideas, growth strategies, and complex change processes—working with leaders and organizations at the highest levels.

Throughout my career, I have worn many hats—entrepreneur, coach, lecturer, and advisor—constantly expanding my impact across industries and sectors. But what truly sets me apart is my ability to bridge depth with direction, insight with action, and humanity with strategy.

My greatest strength lies beyond frameworks and methods:
I am highly sensitive and deeply perceptive—a rare blend of sharp analytical acumen and intuitive insight. What was once a quiet part of me has become my most powerful asset: an ability to read between the lines, sense unspoken dynamics, and uncover what others often overlook. This sensitivity isn’t separate from my strategy—it is my strategy. I bring together strong soft-skill mastery and extensive hard-skill expertise: deep experience in complex change processes, collaborative innovation, and leadership transformation, paired with profound process work in transitions, emotions, and human dynamics.

Today, I guide leaders from all walks of life—CEOs, political leaders, athletes, creatives, and individual changemakers—to reconnect with their inner compass, navigate uncertainty with clarity, and align their impact with their values. My work spans the personal and the strategic, the inner shift and the outer result, because real leadership transformation always starts within.

Pieces of Me.
inside out.

Authenticity

For me, authenticity means finding peace within myself—embracing both the light and the shadows. It’s about healing my pain and challenging my beliefs to show up fully as who I am.

Authenticity isn’t a free pass or a buzzword; it’s a choice rooted in self-awareness and responsibility. It’s the commitment to live intentionally, honor my values, and grow through every challenge. This journey has shaped me deeply, and it’s at the heart of everything I do.

Eye-level connection

Eye-level connection is essential for me—not just with others, but also with ourselves. It’s the foundation of authentic conscious leadership and true understanding. To meet someone on eye level means to truly see them, free from the filters of their story or my own. It’s about looking beyond their role, status, or outward form and recognizing their true value.

Only when we connect on this level can we communicate authentically, understand real needs, and create meaningful impact. Eye-level connection allows us to break down barriers, foster trust, and build relationships that are rooted in respect and mutual growth. It’s not just a practice—it’s a way of being.

Leadership

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life: citizens, royal family members, ministers, athletes, secretaries of state, artists, children, CEO's, members of parliament, climate activists, mayors, managers, startup founders, department heads, HR directors, association presidents, cultural creators, and more. Some of them were true leaders, while others held positions of power or influence. This distinction taught me an essential truth: leadership isn’t about titles or age or roles or appearance —it’s about conduct and how we see the world.

True leadership is rooted in empathy, authenticity, vision, and the courage to act. It’s the ability to connect, to take responsibility, and to create meaningful impact—regardless of the field or context. Leadership goes beyond outcomes; it’s about the energy we bring, the values we embody, and the relationships we build.

Boldness

My life has been shaped by bold choices—each one guided not by rigid plans, but by a deep connection to my inner compass. From selling my house and leaving a secure civil service role at 30 to study abroad, to pivoting careers at 35 and 48, and stepping away from a promising government role to co-found a boutique strategy firm focused on collaborative innovation, my path has always been driven by clarity, not certainty.

Moving to Switzerland was another conscious leap—one that went beyond career ambition. After years of mastering my hard skills in strategy, political advising, and entrepreneurship, I chose this chapter to refine something even more essential: my soft skills. Through deep work in emotional intelligence, process facilitation, and transition coaching, I learned that true leadership is not only about vision—it’s about human connection, empathy, and presence.

For me, boldness is not about being fearless—it’s about having the courage to act with fear. It’s about trusting that quiet voice within—the one that leads you toward something bigger than yourself, even when the path ahead is unknown.

Simply being

There’s something profoundly powerful about simply being. As individuals, we’re often expected to wear countless hats, meet endless expectations, and prove ourselves in ways that can feel overwhelming. But I believe in creating space to just be—to embrace who we are at our core, unapologetically. To honor and embrace the vast richness of human diversity. To feel, to grow, to lead, and to exist in a way that’s authentic and freeing. Simply being  is enough—and it’s powerful.

Innovation

Innovation is something I hold close to my heart—it has shaped my professional life for over a decade. For me, innovation is far more than just new ideas or methods. It’s about using the social capital we have as a society in meaningful ways, by putting the (often hidden) talents and potential of people at the center.

True innovation happens when we create space for individuals to contribute authentically and connect their unique abilities to something greater. It’s not just about change—it’s about purposefully designing a future that benefits every being.

bridgebuilding

I’ve always been drawn to finding solutions to both small and large challenges—solutions that create shared value for everyone. To open doors, create pathways, and build bridges where none existed before. These bridges aren’t just functional; they’re inviting—bridges people truly want to cross.

My life has often been a dance between contrasts. I’ve been seen as “different”—someone who doesn’t always fit into traditional molds. At the same time, I’ve been consistently recognized as highly professional, effective, and deeply grounded. It’s this seeming duality that has shaped me into a true bridge builder, connecting ideas, people, and perspectives in ways that might not seem obvious at first.

I thrive in the space between worlds, where transformation feels not just possible, but inevitable.

nature

Nature has always been my anchor—a place where I find grounding, clarity, and balance. It’s where I go to reconnect with myself and with something greater. In the stillness of a forest or the vastness of a mountain range, I feel a deep sense of belonging and calm.

For me, nature isn’t just a backdrop to life—it’s a guide, a teacher, and a reminder of the harmony we can create when we live in alignment with the world around us. It inspires me to approach life with gratitude, intention, and a deep respect for the interconnectedness of all beings.

Whenever possible and meaningful, I integrate nature into my programs.

People

For me, people are the essence of every vision, every strategy, every change. Human-centered design is more than a method to me; it’s a mindset—one that sees people as carriers of stories, experiences, and untapped potential.

In my work—from leadership coaching to political advising, from innovation to life coaching and end-of-life support—I have stood with people in their most vulnerable and most creative moments. In every one of these moments lies something deeply human: a story —often unseen, but always essential.

The greatest failure in leadership and change? Overlooking the human experience—not just roles, but needs, desires, stories, and potential.

Because when we truly see people, something extraordinary happens: They rise. Not into something predefined, but into who they truly are.

This isn’t theory—it’s lived practice. From soft skills to strategic processes, I have learned: Leading with humanity doesn’t just drive success—it creates meaning, connection, and impact that lasts.

That’s why, in every strategy and every dialogue, I return to what truly matters: People.

Because people aren’t the challenge—they are the solution. All it takes is the courage to truly see them.

why
conscious leadership?

Because the world doesn’t need more leaders with titles—it needs leaders with awareness, courage, and humanity. It is time for individuals to step into their full power and create meaningful change—not by fitting into roles, but by leading from within.

Conscious leadership means leading with authenticity and clarity—rooted in who you truly are. It is about recognizing that your unique strengths, values, and inner wisdom are your greatest assets in times of uncertainty. It means leading not only for results, but also for impact. Not only for success, but also for future generations. Not only for profit, but also for a world that thrives.

My path to conscious leadership was not linear—it was a journey. For years, I searched for a way to unite all parts of myself—strategy and intuition, strength and empathy, success and awareness. I discovered that true leadership isn’t something you acquire—it’s something you remember. It’s already within you. This is what I want for you, too: To rediscover your essence. To trust your inner compass. To lead with awareness, integrity, and impact. Because conscious leadership isn’t a skill. It’s a way of being. From within. Beyond. And always true to you.
